Susie Hays has joined B&D Nutritional Ingredients, Inc., Vista, CA, as senior marketing director. Ms. Hayes previously worked at Viscent where she created the Viscent brand, launch-ed marketing programs for new products and developed new alliances and distribution channels as the vice president of business development and marketing.
